This training aims to:

• Enhance participants' understanding of the asset lifecycle and management

principles in the upstream oil and gas sector based on PTK 007 3rd Book SKK

Migas & PTK 059.

• Enable participants to apply proper asset accounting practices, including

capitalization, depreciation, disposal, and reconciliation within the Production

Sharing Contract (PSC) framework.

• Strengthen participants’ skills in using the SINAS system for mandatory asset

reporting to SKK Migas.

• Provide in-depth knowledge of customs management base on PTK 007 4th

Book, and fiscal regulations related to oil and gas asset imports, including the

preparation of Master Lists and exemption procedures.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration across asset, finance, logistics,

procurement, and customs teams in asset reporting and compliance.

• Offer practical solutions to address common field challenges and audit

findings related to asset management and reporting.
